Replacement

Electra 1067 was delivered by Lockheed to Chicago & Southern Airlines on September 10, 1936, registration NC16022, to replace Electra 1057, which had crashed just a month earlier shortly after taking off from St. Louis, Missouri.

Unfortunately, not much is known on this history of this aircraft. It is believed that it was eventually sold to the RCAF during World War II; the aircraft's registration was cancelled at the beginning of 1941.
